Privacy Policy

Who we are

GlamourStone templates, fabricates and installs stone countertops and architectural stone for homes in Greater Los Angeles. This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. The easiest way to reach us about it is our contact form.

What our forms collect

When you send an estimate request, sample request, estimator, product inquiry or contact form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number and/or email, ZIP code, your preferred way to be contacted, and your project details and message (for example room, size, material, timeline, or whether you have already chosen a slab).

Along with that, the form includes the material and SKU you asked about (on product pages), the page you sent it from, the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you used (such as utm_source), and the date and time.

We don't ask for payment details, and our forms don't accept file uploads.

How your message reaches us

Our forms are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service. When you press send, your browser sends the form to FormSubmit, which emails it to the GlamourStone business inbox. FormSubmit handles the information only to deliver it.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, schedule your free in-home consultation, prepare your estimate, and follow up about your project. We don't sell your personal information and don't share it with anyone except the service providers described here, or where the law requires it.

Cookies, analytics and images

This site doesn't use advertising cookies, and no analytics service is installed at this time. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.

Some product images are loaded directly from our suppliers' websites (MSI Surfaces and Natural Stone Resources), so their servers receive standard technical request information when those images load. Our fonts are hosted on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your project and for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and tell us the name and email or phone you used. Depending on where you live (including California), you may have additional privacy rights, and we'll honor valid requests.

Children

This website is meant for adults planning home projects and isn't directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date below.
